eleventh + main is a company handmaking pierogies locally in vancouver, bc.

as our pierogies are sold as a frozen product, they need to be stored in the freezer at all times. if they are thawed at all, the dough will stick together and will open during boiling.

our pierogies can be kept, frozen, for up to 3 months. beyond that time, they’ll start succumbing to freezer burn which will ruin the final texture of them once made.

in the commissary kitchen we operate out of located in vancouver, bc.

once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email containing pick up information. we will ask you to respond with your preferred location, date and time so we can ensure we are present for your pick up.
